Terms and Conditions
The terms of service at Michelle Carpenter are important. They help you to know what to expect. They include the fees you pay, the time of your appointments, the frequency of sessions and what you and your facilitator expect from each other.
These terms and conditions, may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our (mobile) website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
These pages, the content, and infrastructure of these pages and the online reservation service (including the facilitation of payment service) provided by us on these pages and through the website are subject to our terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of our contractors, vendors and suppliers of external operating systems and technologies.
We do not keep notes relating to our sessions other than the appointment we book. Sessions may be recorded (audio / video recording) for purpose of self evaluation, supervision or marketing. The client will always be consulted before a recording is made and the client has the right to refuse that the session be recorded. These recording can be made available to the client on their request. Recorded material may not be published or shared by any party without the consent of both parties regardless of the platform.
Rates are set out on the rates pages and services pages these rates may be subject to change at any time.
No refunds will be given for any service if cancelled within 48 hours of the booking.
Cancellation 3 – 5 days out from booking date incur 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation 6 – 14 days out from booking date incur 25% cancellation fee
Cancellation 15 days or more our will incur a $25 admin fee
Changes to bookings
Should you not be able to make your appointment you can change the date as long as you are not within the 48 hour period. Changes are free of charge if you move the date but keep your appointment. The responsibility to move the date is the responsibility of the client. This can be done through our online booking system or you can find the links in your confirmation e mail. Should you need assistance please feel free to get in touch so we can help you.
No changes will be allowed for any bookings withing a 48 hour period of the booking date, cancellation fees will apply at 100% cancellation.
If you cannot make a session within the 48 hour cut off period you are welcome to gift this session to someone to attend in your place.
NB*** If you are booking from outside New Zealand please make sure you book a time that works in your time zone. We work on New Zealand Standard Time UTC +12. No refunds will be given for incorrect time zone bookings. Please ensure your booking works for your local time zone. Booking the correct time zone is your responsibility.
